Reporting Schedule
You will find a reporting chart below with reminders of when your progress report (if needed) and your annual report/renewal application are due into the Foundation. Please be reminded that you only need to submit a Six Month Report if your organization has had SIGNIFICANT changes in board, staff, and/or funding.
How to Submit Reports
E-MAIL YOUR REPORTS!!! If you are able, please email your reports and attachments, including audits, financial reports, and news clippings. And do NOT send hard copies once you have sent an electronic version (let’s save some paper!).
